Justin Fuhrmann

Lead Pastor

Rev. Justin Fuhrmann is the Lead Pastor at Oak Hills United Methodist Church. He is an Ordained Elder in the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. He holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies, Archaeology, and Classical Studies from the University of Evansville; a M.Div. from Emory University; and a Th.M. in New Testament from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Before coming to Oak Hills he pastored at Hartzell, Miami Whitewater, Spencerville Trinity, and Montezuma United Methodist Churches, and taught Old and New Testament at Olivet Nazarene University. His passions for ministry are in the areas of teaching, preaching, discipleship, and worship. He and his wife Melissa have been married for 20 years. They have one teenage daughter, Ashlyn, and a 11 year old son, Jeffrey. Justin’s hobbies include IndyCar Racing and playing board games with his friends and family.

Ali Scully

Youth Coordinator

Ali is a lifelong Westsider who has always been led by God to help others and serve those in need. Her interests include spending time with her daughter, teaching youth, volunteering, rescuing animals, nature, photography, crafts and reading books. Her favorite book is: “Everybody Always”. 
Karen Freudemann

Director, Contemporary Worship Music

Karen and her husband David were married and started attending Oak Hills United Methodist Church in 1988.  Shortly thereafter their children Kellie and Matthew were born. Karen gave her life to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in 1996. The Lord then lead Karen to use her love of music to start Resurrection, the Praise and Worship Band at Oak Hills in 2002 with her 2 sisters, Kris Smith and Kathy Walker, and her brother-n-law, Ray Walker. Karen loves worshiping her Lord through music, gardening, and spending time with her family and their Puppalove Tucker!

Beverly Boone

Church Secretary

Beverly Boone is our church secretary. Bev has been with the church since 2022. She has two kids, Jake and Avery, and is a licensed massage therapist and caregiver. She enjoys being able to serve Jesus and the church while still continuing her work as a therapist and caregiver. Her favorite book is “Jesus Always.”
